It's the last day of the month today and I'm dead proud of myself as I have worked really hard especially in terms of exercise.
I have achieved my main goal for 2009, which was to get myself a job which I started last Monday.
My total loss for March is: 3.5lbs!
I will be measuring myself tomorrow morning as it is a new month - I definitely reckon I have lost inches due to all the crunches, even if the weight loss doesnt reflect the same.
