This weeks weigh in result: -0.5lb!
I have measured myself as it's the first of the month and I have lost:
1 inch from my waist
1 inch from my bust
1 inch from under my bust
1/2 inch from my thigh
I am extremely pleased with these results as it means that all the hard work at the gym is paying off.
I went to the gym this morning and I ended up mearly passing out - I thought I was being really clever by going before eating breakfast and I regret it now! I was sweating like crazy and shaking all over, I was really worried when I was walking home that I was going to collapse. Tommorrow I will definitely eat before i go to the gym.
Gave myself a little treat today to celebrate my weight loss and had a Burger King for my lunch. Well it was more like a big treat, lol, but it was gorgeous and well woth it. I havent pointed it yet, but I imagine it was at least 15 points, lol.
