I can't believe it's day 10 of Lent already - it's flown by. I've hardly noticed the lack of caffeine in my body. Although there's been a couple of times that I really really fancied a bit of chocolate or a nice coffee to warm me up. Only 30 more days to go!
Today has been the first day back into exercise again - started this morning with 100 crunches before taking Molly - dog for a 30 minute walk (which was great fun with the gorgeous weather w've had today). Then, dropped Molly off at home and headed for the gym - was planning to do about 20-30 minutes but ended up staying for 45 lol.
Have earnt myself plenty of bonus points and according to the machines at the gym I burnt off more than 150 calories!!
I'm really proud of myself - will be going back for more tommorrow morning.
Mum's just gone shopping to ASDA and is hopefully bringing back something yummy for tea as I havent yet decided what I want. If not it will be a Weight Watchers Meal or some Fish Fingers.
Today's menu so far consists of:
Breakfast:
Alpen and skimmed milk (4.5)
Lunch:
Chicken Fried Rice (5)
Muller Smooth Peach Yoghurt (1)
Snacks:
2 pieces of toast with low fat spread and marmalade (2.5)
Dinner:
?? 9 points left.
I'm going to watch a musical tonight at one of my local schools - The Sound of Music - a girl I know is playing the lead. Am rather excited!!
