Strange Scales!

I had another naughty sneek peek this morning and the scales showed a 1.5lb loss!!! strange after the gain they showed yesterday! Anyway, I'll be happy if I can just nudge that up to 2lbs - fingers crossed people!!
Anyway, getting on t=with the strange scales thing, I got weighed at the gym this morning after my breakfast and about 3 pints of water and wearing my trainers and all my clothes and they showed about 7lbs lighter than my scales at home - not sure which ones are right ( I hope it's the ones at the gym lol).

Anyway I've been extra good today as its Weigh In in the morning but I've struggled to eat all my points, just crammed in a bacon sandwich in order to boost up my points. This is because I've been soooooo busy that I havent had time to eat or I havent been bored and started picking at food just for the sake of it. I will try to be busy more often I think.

Here's what I've eaten today:

Breakfast:
Toasted egg sandwich (3.5)
Glass of milk (0.5)

Lunch:
Chicken fried rice (2.5)
Danone Activia Peach Yoghurt (1)

Dinner:
Salad with Jacket Potato, coleslaw and fajita chicken (9.5)

Snacks:
3 jelly babies (1)
Bacon sandwich (3.5)
Digestive biscuit (1)

Total used 22.5/22 (have 9.5 bonus points saved which I need to eat some of)

Exercise

This week I have earned 25.5 bonus points

Weds - none
Thurs - none
Fri - gym / walking the dog / crunches
Sat - gym / walking the dog / crunches
Sun - gym / crunches
Mon - walking the dog
Tues - gym / walking the dog / crunches

I aim to do as much exercise next week (if not more)
