Been to the gym this morning and I'm Nackered! All this exercise is turning out to be hard work! Lol - I didn't sign up for all this!!
Am now trying to make sure I eat some of my Bonus Points this week following advice from the 5+ Board on http://www.weightwatchers.co.uk. This means I'm gonna have to eat loads as I have done loads of execise this week.
Here's today's menu (so far)
Breakfast
Alpen and skimmed milk (3.5)
Lunch
WW Chicken Hot pot (4.5)
Jacket potato with ELF spread (2.5)
Muller smooth peach yoghurt (1)
Dinner
Pork Chop with potatoes, veg and Mushroom Gravy (8)
Snacks
Asda Good For You bakewell slice (1.5)
21/22 points used
I have earned about 6 points today from exercise so will try to eat 3 of them at least!
