A Little Bit Gutted

Weigh in this morning and insteadof the expected 3.5lbs I only lost 1.5lb.

But it's still a loss I suppose and it gets me my third SILVER 7 and also it gets me out of the 14s and into the 13s! This also means a drop in points from 22 to 21.

Anyway based on my disappointments over the past few weeks I have decided to make some pledges for this week:

1. I will NOT sneek peek - I will stay off the scales until next Wednesday to avoid disappointment.
2. I will make sure I plan my days meals in the morning including snacks.
3. I will continue with my current exercise plan.
4. I will eat 1/3 of my Bonus Points - no more no less as well as all of my 21 daily points.
5. I will look for a local meeting to join next month for extra support.

I have already planned my meals and snacks for today:

Breakfast
Alpen and skimmed milk (3.5)
Crumpet and marg (2)

Lunch
Jacket Potato with half fat cheese and salad (6)

Dinner
Sweet and Sour Chicken stir fry (6)

Snacks
French Fries (1.5)
Yoghurt (1.5)
Apple (0.5)

Had a great feeling this morning when I tried on an old dress that was too small and it fitted - I will be wearing this to the wedding on Friday as its gorgeous (will post pictures).

After this I have decided to look at my goals and realised I am:

0.5lb away from 10% goal
4lb away from 25lb goal

I have also decided to measure myself and check once a month to see if there has been an inch loss.
Have also posted some early photos before and durin doing WW to see the difference.
