Had a really bad weekend.
Added a few extra snacks to my meals on Saturday also had a Bacon Butty, KFC, Sunday Roast, Fish Fnger Sandwich and half a pack of Jelly babies! Talk about pigging out!
I will deffo be working hard today and tomorrow to make up for that before I wi on Wednesday! I reckon I'll cut my points down to 20 for the next couple of days.
However have still not had any coffee or chocolate - that's 6 days! Was feeling extremely tired without the Coffee at first but I'm used to it now. I really fancied a Starbucks the other day - at least I saved myself £2.20.
So in order to make up for the pigging out todays menu:
Breakfast
Alpen (3)
2 x crumpets and low fat spread (3)
Lunch
Chicken stir fry with rice (5)
Dinner
Salad (0)
Jacket Potato (2.5)
Total: 13.5/22
Havent decided what to have with my salad tonight - will have to raid the freezer later.
