I started my new job yesterday and it's soooooooooooooo boring. Am in training at the moment so it's just sitting around listening to someone chatting at us for 6 hours a day - snorefest!
Although, on the upside, it seems to be helping with the WW. I have been aking a nice healthy packed lunch to work and I havent been snacking as I've been too busy. I'm still keeping up the gym I went at 7 last night with my dad and went again tonight at 4.30. I also took Molly dog for a walk on Monday morning as I didnt have to be in work til 10. Will do it again tomorrow (if I'm not too tired after watching Shameless tonight).
I had a really bad weekend as usual and ended up pigging out, here's what I had on Saturday and Sunday:
SATURDAY
Bacon Sandwich
Asda Chicken Korma and Pilau Rice
Naan Bread
Onion Bhaji
Jelly Babies
SUNDAY
3 slices of toast with jam
Chicken Kiev and Chips
Sunday Roast Pork with veg and Roast and mashed potatoes
1/4 Asda Vanilla Cheesecake
I decided to draw a line under all this and start again on Monday morning with my new job and cross my fingers and hope for the best tomorrow morning with Weigh In.
I have managed to stay off the scales all week and NOT sneeky peek - well until this morning anyway - I just had to have a look. They showed a loss of 1lb - I hope that's still the case in the morning.
