I have been to the gym tonight, again!
I was really tired when I got in from work and the gym has given me a boost of energy - dont know what I need it for though cos i'm not going anywhere. Lol.
I have eaten loads though today to make up for the hard work (3 packets of crisps amongst other things).
Made myself a very low fat lunch tomorrow for work, to make up for all the pigging out today before weigh in on wednesday. I have a salad with some prawns and seafood sauce with a yoghurt and a banana. Might treat myself to a french fancy as well lol.
