I had a sneek peek on the scales this morning and they showed a gain of 1lb!! I am not happy as I have been to the gym 3 times so far this week and have been so good with my points!
I'm just gonna try to keep it up for today and tomorrow and hope for the best - I might loose loads! Fingers crossed.
This whole thing has put me in a bad mood today as well as the weather - what's with all the wind?? I thought I was gonna get blown away earlier on when I went out to take the dog for a walk. lol.
Anyway as it's so cold today, mum is cooking stew and dumplings for dinner and it smells gorgeous. Here's today's menu:
Breakfast:
2 x toast and marg (2)
1/2 tin beans (2.5)
Glass of skimmed milk (0.5)
Lunch:
Ham and salad wrap (3.5)
Muller smooth peach yoghurt (1)
Dinner:
Stew and Dumplings (8.5)
Snacks:
Crisps (2)
Also, have to share the love for anyone on weight watchers - Kingsmill Crusts Away 50/50 bread is only 0.5 point per slice and it's lovely - better than WW bread or Nimble bread anyway lol.
