Honestly, I just don't know how it happened, but I have lost 2lbs this week, taking me past my 25lb goal!!! I am dead chuffed. It's my day off today so I'm gonna get myself off to the gym this morning to celebrate.
This loss is so undeserved, however, since God has smiled on me today and made the scales be really really nice to me, I will say thanks by working extra extra hard this week.
So, here are my pledges for this week:
1. I will write down everything I eat.
2. I will NOT hvae any takeaways.
3. I will drink 2 litres of water everyday.
4. I will go to the gym after work instead of watching TV.
5. I will NOT eat chocolate all week and save it for a Sunday treat.
6. I will NOT snack between meals.
7. I will plan my meals in advance (where possible).
