I had a gain this week of 0.5lb. Am prety gutted, but I probably deserved it to be honest after having two burger kings this week.
I am definitely trying to be better this week.
I had my first chocolate today since lent ended on Sunday - it was gorgeous, although I still havent had any coffee. Might have to treat myself to a starbucks at the weekend! Yum.

Call me dull but doesn't lent end this Sunday coming (as in Easter Sunday)? I'm not religious but I guess that's no excuse!! sorry to hear about your gain hun, hope you get on better next week.
ReplyDeleteNo lent finishes on Palm Sunday - that's when Jesus rode out of the dessert to Jerusalem. (Lent represents the 40 days that Jesus spent in the dessert) xx
