I am being a right pig this week, I just cant help it.
I reckon it's cos I'm now working full-time, I'm becoming too lazy to cook healthy food for myself and make my lunches the day before work. So, I've been eating out at lunch time and eating whatever my mum has cooked for tea (eg, lasagne with full-fat cheese and chips). It's right bad. I'm starting to get angry with myself as I now have -9.5 points in the bank - so I'm not even making up for it with exercise!!!
Will deffo have to work harder for the next few days before weigh in on wednesday. I really really want to loose plenty this week as I struggled last month.
On the plus side ....
I bumped into a friend I havent seen for a while yeaterday and he said I looked nice and slim!!!
WOOHOO!!!!
