I have had such a bad week this week!! I'm really struggling to stick to my diet and exercise plan alongside my new job. I have been really tired after work and not feelinglike going to the gym and have just been eating rubbish.
I am expecting a gain tomorrow at weigh in - am not looking forward to it!!
I have decided, that from tomorrow, I'm really gonna focus on this diet again, I really need to make sure I am going to the gym and writing down everything I've eaten.
