Have had about 700 points this week - Seriously, I'm gutted.
I'm gonna be soooooo fat when I get on the scales - they're just gonna say FAT FAT FAT!
I reckon I'll be lucky if I sts this week - will most probably gain.
Yesterday was right bad, I had:
Breakfast
3 peices of toast and strawberry jam
Lunch
Mini fish and chips (which was HUGE HUGE HUGE!!!!)
Dinner
VERY small Turkey dinner
Two portions of fresh cream trifle
Snack
Half of the easter egg I bought for my bf (lol)
I daren't even think about adding up the points for yesterday (if anyone fancies doing it for me please feel free to let me know - lol)
Have been much better today though (although all the chocolate in the house is very very tempting)
Was feeling a bit grumpy this morning so I deceided to treat myself to a starbucks latte, my first one since lent finished and it was lovely :0)
Breakfast
Hot cross bun and ELF spread (3.5)
Skimmed milk (0.5)
Lunch
Pork sandwich (4)
Apple (0.5)
WW Yoghurt (0.5)
Dinner
Pork curry (8)
Snacks
Starbucks Latte (1.5)
3 Chocolates (2.5)

Unfortunately, the gym isn't open for me to work some of these points off so will have to wait til after work tomorrow in order to go again.
Have some exciting news - I am going to Italy in Sept with my bf - my forst holiday in 10 years - i am so excited and I wanna kick the dieting up a notch in order to be able to wear a bikini - or at least a swimming costume confidently.
