Had a 3lb gain this week!!!!! Am well gutted!.
I think the reasons are:
1. I ate dinner at 9.30pm on tues night and then weighed myself on wednesday morning
2. I pigged out last week and it's finally caught up on me.
Had a sneek peek this morning and I had lost 2lbs, so I reckon weds was just an anomoly and I am hoping to have a really good loss next week. Am desperate to get to that 2 stone mark. It's my mini everest!
Have been on 11-8 shift this week so have been going to the gym in the mornings before work, which is taking a lot of self-motivation and is making me very tired at work.
I'm looking forward to saturday so I can have a really long session in the gym, without having to rush to get to work on time.
Bring on the weekend!
I'm also a bit down at the mo, because my old Uni is doing a homecoming weekend for ex-students on bank holiday weekend and I want to go, but one of my closest friends from uni is ignoring all my msgs and emails. I thought it would be nice to spend the weekend with her as I havent seen her for over a yr, but she doesn't seem bothered. I am gutted!!

Ouch to the 3lb gain - but as you said it'll be off in a jiffy. I'm stuck in the same place as you, right before that 2 stone mark and I think I'm on for a gain this week too .... grrrrrr. We'll get there though - just got to keep going!
