It's been a very good day today diet-wise. Here's today's menu:
BREAKFAST
Alpen with skimmed milk (3.5)
LUNCH
Pasta bolognaise (6.5)
WW Cheese puffs (1)
Mixed Melon (1)
DINNER
Chicken fried rice (4.5)
WW Toffee yoghurt (0.5)
SNACKS
WW Cheese puffs (1)
Sugar free jelly (0)
Points used: 18/21
I'm trying to stay below my 21 point allowance this week so that last week's pigging out doesn't catch up on me at weigh in on wednesday.
Although I havent eaten many points, I still felt full after every meal and havent snacked. i have stuck to my pledges and can't wait til sunday for some chocolate!! lol.
