Weight In Result!!

Woohoo!!

What a result! I lost 3.5 lbs this week which makes my total loss so far 8lbs - I got my first silver seven!!!

I really feel as though I deserve this and have worked so hard for it after last weeks sts. I had a word with my leader last week after the meeting and she suggested that I stop eating my bonus points and stick to my 22 points per day. I stuck to this hard this week and got in plenty of walking, using my new pedometer to accurately measure how many points I earned. I think I earned around 13.5 points in exercise this week. Even though, I was alittle bit naughty on friday and ended up eating fish and chips for my tea from walkabout for 17pts and washed that down with two glasses of full fat coke (one of which contained a shot of vodka)!! I was 11 points over at the end of the day, but I paid it all back through the week and got the results I deserved for all my hard work!!

The pedometer, by the way, is fantastic, definitely the best thing I've bought for a while! I've found myself trying to do more and more steps each day and also trying to make sure I get healthy everyday. I have also started using the stairs instead of the escalators in town cos I know I'm wearing it!

  1. Awesome - that's a great result! Glad the pedometers working for you too - I think anything that shows how much we're doing is a good thing, and as you said, it encourages you to do just that little bit more :o)
