I was at the gym today, really enjoying myself on the cross-trainer, when it suddenly hit me how far I'd come since I first joined the gym 2 yrs ago as a very unfit 16stone smoker, I can remember really really struggling to do three minutes on a low resistance; now after a lot of hard work I can turn up the resistance and do 10-20 minutes!
I really feel that if I can do that; then I can do anything I want including being 10stone!!
