I've got a three day wekeend this week as monday is my day-off!! woohoo!!
So I'm planning on doing plenty of exercise to make up for the fact that I've hardly done any for the last two weeks. I'm just gonna head off to the gym this morning for a couple of hours and then I'm gonna tak Molly-dog out for a walk. I'll deffo be going out for a very long walk tomorrow with my bf, as we usually do on a sunday and then I think back to the gym again on monday.
I'm trying to plan ahead some nice healthy filling meals for the whole weekend, but I always seem to be coming up with the same ideas: salad, stir fry; weight watchers curry. I'm starting to feel like I'm just eating the same things over and over and over again!
I'm gonna have a look through some of our new weight watchers recipe books to see if there's anything interesting that catches my eye ...
I really feel like I need a good loss at weigh in nxt week as I didnt lose last week and I'm only 1lb away from my 5% target and my little mini goal that I set of losing 10lbs before the show in November, I'll be really pleased if I beat that target!
I've been out shopping for halloween costumes over the last few days and I'm really annoyed that all the best costumes only seem to come in sizes 8-10 ... that seems like it's promoting anorexia to me! I can't wait to be slimmer so I can buy any clothes I want and shop in shops that I havent been able to for yrs cos they only go up to a size 14 like Jane Norman or Topshop!
Anyways, I'm off to thegym now ...
