I stayed the same this week - I'm well gutted as I thought I'd worked pretty hard. Anyway, my leader said that if I made a copy of my tracker this week she will have alook at it and see if there is anything I can do to help!
I think it's cos ate a lot of my bonus points - that's what she thinks too. I'm going to try just eating my points and leaving my bonus points.
I've started well by planning all my meals for tomorrow with plenty of snacks to get me through the day at work and with loads of fruit and veg!! I'm at rehearsals for Sweet Charity tomorrow night so will be doing loads of dancing and have just bought a pedometer so will be able to count my steps! I cant wait to use it tomorrow (although I hope it doesnt beep loud when I'm at working or something.)

Have also decided to try photo tracking again this weekd since last week's kinda died after I forgot about it over the weekend lol. I'm going to really get that thought into my head everytime I eat.
Hope I loose next week!
Also, good news is ... my mum lost 3.5lbs this week and won the slimmer of the week trophy!! Woo hoo!! I'm sooo proud of her cos she's worked really really really hard this week and she totally deserves it.
