Nearly a stone

Weigh in this week and I lost 3lbs; that's 12 in total, I got my 5% and I'm ready for my second silver seven nxt week!
A few NSV's this week:
1. Someone I havent seen for a month said I looked really nice and he could tell I've lost weight
2. I tried to put last yrs big winter coat on this morning and it was way too big!
3. I managed to get the elastic on my fairy wings over my arms without snapping it cos my arms are too fat.
4. I bought a new coat from the "normal" section in New Look rather than the "fat" section.
5. I put my belt on the next notch along on tuesday!
What a great week, let's hope for another nxt week!
