Mid-morning Snack: Banana and 1/2 Muller Light yoghurt (2pts)

Lunch: Jacket potato with Cheeses and Mushrooms, with salad (4pts)


Afternoon Snack: Coffee and Weight Watchers Apple Crumble slice (2pts)


Dinner: CHINESE TAKEAWAY - Char Sui Chow Mein (7.5pts)


Total: 20/20
Exercise: Gym and walking the dog (3.5pts)
This was a really good day, I enjoyed my Chinese Takeaway and got plenty of exercise, including some jogging in preparation for RACE FOR LIFE.
