I won the cup and actually got to take it home, I'm dead chuffed, I've been after it since I first joined - I had a 3.5lb loss this week and it is 100% deserved. I have tried so hard and stuck to the plan really well. I have also managed to include a few treats like a Ben and Jerry's at the Cinema last sunday and two Chinese takeaway meals. I also went out for lunch on Wednesday to Wetherspoons (which has a lot of high-point foods). I had the 5-bean chilli which was absolutely gorgeous.
I have also done loads of exercise - been to the gym twice and done loads and loads of walking. Unfortunately I have lost my points pedometer this week and I'm really missing it, I want to buy a new one but the Pedometer Plus is pretty expensive so I may have to wait until pay day for that. At the moment I am working out my points using the activity slider and hoping for the best.
Saturday is my Nana's 70th Birthday Celebration and we are going out for dinner at Table Table so I am going to have a look at the menu online and work out some points.

Good for you for your win and your loss :D You're doing really well with the exercise too. I'd be lost without my pedometer too. I have to wear it every day and at least get to healthy, or I don't feel like the gym etc counts! Stoopid, I know. Hope you're enjoying Table Table as I type!
