Skinny!

I am sooo skinny, finally lost a dress size, It's taken forever, but I've finally done it!!
I had a great loss this week, 3lbs off, just the kick up the arse I needed to get myself back on track. I've been struggling to stick to the plan for the last few weeks, but have really got myself back into it today. Here's my menu for today:

Breakfast: Egg and mushroom sandwich 3.5
Lunch: Stir fry and coffee 6.5
Dinner: Jacket potato with weight watchers tuna, salad and boiled eggs 7.5
Snack: Costa Coffee and Weight Watchers crisps 2

Total 19.5/21

I have made up a low fat version of Jamie Oliver's pancakes off "Jamie's Family Christmas" last night so I can have them for breakfast tomorrow, 3 points plus 1.5 to have banana with them. I'm hoping they will make a nice change.
