This year is my skinniest Christmas in years, lost 05lb at weigh in tonight. I'm dead chuffed, it's so nice to be in the 12's, I've been desperate to get there for absolutely ages, everytime I do weight watchers I give up before I manage to get into the 12's so I feel like I'm really getting somewhere this time. Plus I now have less than 3 stone to lose, which feels great!!
I've just been working out how much I've lost since I first started weight watchers in June 2008. My start weight was 15st 6lbs (216lbs) and my current weight is 12st 11lbs (179lbs) = a total loss of 2st 9lbs (37lbs). I cant believe how much I've changed since then, I've gone from a size 20/22 to size 16 clothes.
This Christmas is going to be amazing, and 2010 will be the chance to really make a new start and get that last 2st 11lbs (39lbs) off.
