Oh my life, I've eaten sooo much over the last three days, it's unreal. I feel stuffed and bloated and horrible, I'm so glad to be getting back on track today. I cant believe how many chocolates and burgers and chips and sausages in bacon, I've eaten!!!
Hopefully I can get it back together and get ready for a loss this week. 2lbs would be great for me to get my 10%.
On the upside, I've had an amazing Christmas, got to spend loads of time with my gorgeous boyfriend Jason and I went sledging in his big massive back-garden on Christmas day and he took me shopping in Leeds yesterday and I spent the vouchers I got for Christmas (for Harvey Nichols and Lush) and he also bought me some cheeky little pressie including two new tops and some new makeup.
I got some lovely presents off my boyfriend and my family including Pocaontas on DVD, lots of beautiful perfume, some Benefit makeup, new nightie and dressing gown .... and lots of other things.
I've been planning my New Years Resolutions ready for Friday:
1. Lose 2 stone
2. Go to the gym at least 100 times (twice a week)
3. Find a new job.
I chose these as they are all measurable goals, unlike last year's which was simply to lose weight and go to the gym more. I think I will get to the end of 2010 and be able to measure whether or not I have acheived these goals
