Had only 20 points today and 19.5 points yesterday to try and claw back some points!
I hope that it's worked - I feel kind of skinnier! lol.
Went walking on Sunday at Nostell Priory for a couple of hours all over the grounds and gardens with my boyfriend .. .. it was fab, but very very tiring!! My legs are still aching today!! The weather was stunning, as you can see from the pictures. I stayed at my boyfriends on Sat night and hadnt expected such nice weather which is why I had to walk around all day sweating in jeans and a black top. I wish I had packed some shorts just in case. Lol. Definitely sweated off a few pounds!
I then went to Sweet Charity rehearsals last night ansd did 2 hours of dancing so my body is really feeling it today; having a well-earned relaxing night!
