Woohoo!

WI day today and I lost 3lbs!!
My first loss this year.
As a treat went down to the chippy for lunch.

Here's todays menu:

Breakfast
Ready Brek and Skimmed Milk (4.5)

Lunch
Chips & Curry sauce (9.5)
Slice of bread and butter (1.5)

Dinner
Weight Watchers Pizza Oval (3.5)
Salad (0)

Total: 19/22
