It's weigh in day tomorrow and I'm very hopeful - had a little sneek peek at the scales this morning and I dont want to jinx it, but it looks like a good loss!! - good encouragement to keep up all the hard work today and next week.
I'm very pleased with myself today as I took Molly (the dog) out for a walk this morning before breakfast. She really enjoyed it so I will probably take her out again tomorrow. This earnt me an extra 2.5 points for today as well.
I'm considering starting back at the gym - I havent been since the first week of January and so could do with a big push on that.
Also, it's PANCAKE DAY today - I haven't yet decided whether or not to have pancakes for dinner. I have looked into the points value and will decide tonight.
This means that it's ASH WEDNESDAY tomorrow and the start of LENT - which means I need to hurry up and make a decision as to what I want to give up this year - I think either Chocolate or Chips or Crisps or all foods beginning with a C! Lol.

Pancakes (1.5 each)
