So today and for the rest of the week am cutting down the points and trying to catch up - need to loose some weight this week as so far this year I have put on a total of 3.5lbs!
Menu for today:
BREAKFAST: 1 slice toast an 1/2 tin spaghetti in tomato sauce.
LUNCH: Chicken Fried Rice (recipe from WW website) and Muller smooth peach Yoghurt.
DINNER: Low fat home-made lasagne and jacket potato
Total points: 20
Should be able to claw back some of tose points I used - weigh in is not til Wednesday!
Am not a happy bunny today as I'm supposed to be going out for my friend's birthday tomorrow night - but due to circumstances out of my control I cant go!!!!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. So looks like a night in with the bf instead (so it's not all bad ;0) lol)
