AFTER YORK

I was in York Weds - Thurs for a belated Valentine's with bf. (Picture is of me & bf at Clifford's Tower). Had an amazing two days of sightseeing and did absolutely loads and loads of walking, but ate loads and loads of gorgeous food (including a VERY VERY SEXY strawberry cheesecake - yum!) and have put on 0.5 lb - was kind of hoping all the walking would cancel out all the eating (whoops!)

So today and for the rest of the week am cutting down the points and trying to catch up - need to loose some weight this week as so far this year I have put on a total of 3.5lbs!


Menu for today:


BREAKFAST: 1 slice toast an 1/2 tin spaghetti in tomato sauce.

LUNCH: Chicken Fried Rice (recipe from WW website) and Muller smooth peach Yoghurt.

DINNER: Low fat home-made lasagne and jacket potato


Total points: 20


Should be able to claw back some of tose points I used - weigh in is not til Wednesday!

Am not a happy bunny today as I'm supposed to be going out for my friend's birthday tomorrow night - but due to circumstances out of my control I cant go!!!!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. So looks like a night in with the bf instead (so it's not all bad ;0) lol)
