Post Christmas Weigh In ... Oh Dear!

Not so good unfortunately, although completely deserved, I gained 2.5lbs.
This has totally spurred meon to work harder, I relly want to get this back off again for next week, I think I'm gonna drop down a point and go for 20 points a day for the next week to try and boost my weight loss.

The good news is that I went back to the gym today for the first time in around a month. I had to trek through mountains of snow to get there and only got through about 30 mins before my mum rang me to tell me to come home cos it was snowing really heavy and she worries too much lol. I feel loads better just knowing that I've been and look forward to going again next week.

  1. 2.5lbs gain over christmas isn't too bad at all. Well done you for going to the gym. You're right, you do feel better once you've been. I went to water aerobics last night and I was so glad I went.
