Next Tuesday is pancake day and I cant wait to make some for my tea. I absolutely adore pancakes, but could never make them myself. Jamie Oliver;s really easy pancake recipe is definitely the best thing that's ever happened to me. Here's how it goes.
Mix 1 cup plain flour with 1 cup of skimmed milk, add 1 or 2 eggs and whisk .....
Done!!
They work out around 1 point per pancake (depending on how big your cup is)
I'm going to have mine with half-sugar and bananas ... and maybe some ww cream if I can get some ... lovely
Following pancake day I'll be getting ready for lent, this year I'm giving up Coffee and Chocolate again (as I did last year) so that means I need to eat all my rich toffee bars before Tuesday. Lol.

I should definitely not have read this before eating my breakfast! I'm practically dribbling. LOL You sound well-organised, which is one of the prime factors in success at this losing weight game. Looks like you've done really wells so far too. Keep it up! :)
