Well, the show's all over with and now it's back to reality, unfortunately.
First day back at work today, and it wasnt as bad as I thought it was gonna be to be honest.
I started the day with a nice filling bowl of Ready Brek and it really did keep me going til lunch (right up until 2pm in fact) I'm really impressed as I'm normally munching on crisps and chocolate around 11am.
I will definitely be having Ready Brek again tomorrow and a nice tin of filling soup for lunch with a slice of bread for dunking!! Yummy!!
I've gone over my points so bad this last week, I find show week so stressful and makes me wanna nibble all day. I will really be trying next week to make up for it, even though I'm going out for dinner on Thursday night with the cast and I'm going away for the weekend to London!! Temptation.
For dinner on Thursday Night I've ordered:
STARTER: Freshly poached salmon, prawn and egg salad
MAIN: Steak
DESERT: Traditional Cheesecake.
Still need to figure out points for this yet.

aww hun dont worry about going over try and make up grands and you always have another week!
ReplyDeleteand the thursday meal looks good!!!!! try and avoid all the sauces and dressings as that will boost the pts up but a few bps points would help you out no problem!
mine is at tgi fridays
so bruschette, burger, choc brownie thing mmm that will be about 2 days worth a points oh and a barnamint baileys cocktail!! this is happening 18th dec so i,ll be heading to the gym lol
